Before You Apply

  • please read the course outlines for your chosen subjects and, if you have any questions, speak with the subject tutor (contact details are at the bottom of each subject outline)
  • make sure you are aware of the entry criteria and the admissions policy
  • have the text for your personal statement to hand (you can copy and paste this into the form)
  • scan through the application form and make sure you have all the information you need to hand (e.g. referees, subject list, level of study)

Current Subjects

Course Choices

Use your estimated GCSE grades to decide how many subjects you should choose: 5 or more A*-C grades, with B grades in all subjects to be studied at A level: choose 4 AS levels (or equivelent). 5 or more A*-C grades: choose 3 AS levels (or equivalent)

Please indicate which courses you wish to study in order of preference.

Level 2 courses

Students who are accepted into the Sixth Form but who fail to achieve a grade C or better in English and/or Maths may be accepted to retake these Level 2 course(s) alongside 2 AS courses in Year 12. This will be agreed on a case-by-case basis.

External candidates must provide the names and addresses of up two referees. One of these should be your tutor or another teacher from your current school/college. Your application cannot be processed without a referee. For internal candidates a reference will be sought from your tutor.
